Suur Trestanas

First Appearance and Context

Suur Trestanas is first observed enforcing Discipline inside the cloistered precincts of the Concent of Saunt Edhar, issuing minor penances and presiding from the Regulant’s place during services in the Mynster. Near the opening, she was seen at the starhenge cupola with the Master of the Keys; after portcullises were drawn shut, she had a tense, private exchange with Fraa Orolo by the gate. From that point the Starhenge remained sealed, an extraordinary situation noted by avout across the concent.

Roles/Actions and Affiliations

• As the Warden Regulant, Trestanas enforces the Discipline within the maths, oversees conduct around visitors and instruments, and assigns penances when duties are neglected.
• Affiliation: Order of the New Circle. Within this order she is regarded as a central figure whose views circulate quickly among peers.
• During and after the public opening, when visiting Inquisitors were present, she "threw" The Book at a young fraa with a sentence reaching Chapter Five, effectively placing him in seclusion in a Regulant court cell.
