Rosk

Overview

Rosk is an extramuros manual therapist, previously the liaison‑partner of Cord. He first appears visiting during Apert, joining supervised meals and the public Tenth Night supper.

Appearance and Traits

• Described as a big man with long hair.
• Trained in hands‑on therapy; pragmatic in work, easygoing in debate.
• Primary speech is Fluccish; he can follow some Orth by tone and cognates.

Roles and Actions

• At Tenth Night, he explains his approach to manual therapy, including consulting by voice with a senior practitioner while forming a shared mental model of a patient’s body.
• When a Convox is declared, he is present in the gathering and initially slated to ride in Cord’s vehicle as part of a small Peregrin cohort moving toward the Concent of Saunt Tredegarh; in the end he does not join the journey and returns home for work.

Relationships

• Cord: formerly his liaison‑partner; during a series of jeejah calls while she was traveling north, Cord indicates the two of them broke up.

Current Status

After a farewell on the village green at Samble, Rosk returned home to work. Following the later breakup via jeejah, no ongoing contact is described.
