Hundreders

Concept and Description

Hundreders (singular: "Hundreder") are the cohort whose portal opens on a hundred-year cycle. Their long cadence and relative seclusion shape how they are discussed inside the maths, and they are often contrasted with other cohorts by cycle length and outlook.

Use in Current Discourse

During a broad Evocation that led to a Convox, hierarchs paired Tenners with Hundreders for travel, since many Hundreders would need help speaking Fluccish and coping with the worldly realm while maintaining Discipline during Peregrin. Accounts from the organizing period note a range of reactions within the cohort—for example, some Centenarian suurs declined to heed an Ita who addressed the assembly, while others engaged through their assigned Tenners.
