Fraa Haligastreme

First Appearance and Context

Fraa Haligastreme is first observed within the Concent of Saunt Edhar during Decennial Apert, when visitors enter under controlled conditions. He is approached by a visiting priest delivering a message to a small group; Haligastreme listens politely while casting significant glances toward nearby hierarchs, including Fraa Delrakhones and Statho.

• An Avout identified as a theorical geologist.
• Serves as FAE (first among equals) of the Edharian chapter; within the community this aligns him with the Edharian Order.
• During a Tenth Night feast under the canopy at Apert, he was introduced to speak on behalf of the Edharian chapter. • When preparations are made for a liaison to be declared by two Decenarians, Haligastreme is the person to be contacted to set up the small aut and is named as a possible free witness for the declaration to be entered in the Chronicle.
