Guidestar Laser

Guidestar lasers are laser systems paired with the big telescopes used by observers. During preparations and debates at Tredegarh, some avout have discussed repurposing these beams to send signals skyward toward the PAQD; a speaker noted that some might already be attempting it.

According to reports shared at the Convox, Fraa Orolo previously programmed the guidestar laser at the M & M (an Edhar facility) to sweep an analemma in the sky. A colleague of Sammann later visited the site and described finding physical evidence of the sweep. This account ties guidestar lasers to scripted, pattern‑drawing use in the sky, beyond ordinary observing routines.
