Moshianics

First Appearance and Context

During a decennial opening, a contingent described as Warden of Heaven people was observed outside the walls near the Decade Gate. Avout present referred to them collectively as “Moshianics,” marking them as adherents gathered during Apert.

Moshianics are adherents of the Warden of Heaven movement. In avout teaching they are treated as a contemporary expression of the Moshianic Iconography: a recurring outsider expectation that the maths will emerge to enlighten the world. Their presence is most noted around gate openings and public moments tied to Apert, when such expectations tend to rise.
